Where are you located?
We are located in London, Canada, which is approximately 200 km west of Toronto. We ship all over the world. All of our books are proudly produced and printed in Canada.
Can I pay in American dollars (or my local currency)?
Product prices shown on this site adjust to the currency of your location -- U.S. dollars, Euros, etc. -- but will charge your credit card in Canadian dollars at the converted rate, at the time you place your order. Your credit card company or bank will do the conversion for you.

How long does it take to get a Clairvoyant Consultation?
Douglas is typically booked a few weeks in advance. If you have a medical emergency, we will do our best to ensure your appointment is within a reasonable time. Inquire with Customer Service at the time of your booking.
How long will it take my book to arrive?
You should receive your book within two weeks, if not sooner. International orders may take a little longer (up to eight weeks for ground shipping).
What shipping carriers do you use?
American orders are shipped via USPS. Canadian and International orders are shipped via Canada Post. We typically use tracked shipping methods, but in some instances, there are other non-tracked options you may choose which are cheaper (but typically take longer).
My order never arrived. What do I do?
When you order a paperback book, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you have tracked your order and it is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please call or email us. Similarly, if you ordered a downloadable product and you did not receive a notification from the store, please Contact Us
How is my personal information handled?
This online store does not retain your credit card information. If you create an account, you can save your name and shipping address for faster checkouts. We will automatically add you to our mailing list to keep you up to date on new product releases as well as upcoming events with Douglas. All personal information is kept private. We will never share your information with a third party.
